00:25wants to make sure America is very safe? It's a fascinating seeing where

00:32President Trump is taking this, but it's not unique in the United Kingdom with

00:36the same concerns. For the last, sort of ever since the fall of the Soviet Union,

00:41the Cold War ended, and for the last three and a half decades, largely the West has

00:46been involved in wars of choice, expeditionary warfare going away, and we

00:50haven't felt threatened on our main bases. Now, all of a sudden, with Russia's

00:56illegal invasion of Ukraine, all of a sudden now, every nation is looking, have

01:01we actually got our defences sorted out? We are potentially facing wars of

01:06national survival.
