00:15would be the position of President Trump that we're going to use every available

00:20tool before resorting to the military option. But let's just take one

00:24hypothetical. Right now Iran's economy is very much in a shambles. The only

00:30thing that's truly keeping it afloat is oil exports going to countries that

00:37provide it with hard currency. One can only imagine what would happen if there

00:42was a blockade inside the Arabian Gulf to prevent the Iranian oil from getting

00:47out and into the open market.
