Brandon Straka, a pardoned January 6er, claims the FBI fabricated a false story against him, insisting he did nothing illegal on January 6, 2021.

00:38depiction of my experience at the Capitol however when it came time for me

00:43to go to jail and be charged with felonies and end up taking a plea deal

00:48because I didn't actually do anything the FBI had to create a story that I did

00:53and the best story that they could come up with was that I stood outside of the

00:57building shouting go go go to encourage people to enter the building and that I

01:01stood outside of the building shouting take it take it to encourage the crowd

01:05of people to take a shield from an officer I did not do these things that

01:10was never true
