00:17This was taken last November when Atty. Zuleika Lopez was forced to be transferred to St. Luke's Medical Center
00:30from the Veterans Memorial Medical Center.
00:32The transfer was carried out by Atty. Lopez's boss, Vice President Sara Duterte,
00:37together with several PSG officials who are detailed in the visa.
00:41In the chaos, Police Lt. Col. Jason Villamor, Chief of the QCPD District Medical and Dental Unit,
00:47said that he was pushed, yelled at, and used force by the camp of VP Sara.
00:52Police Lt. Col. Villamor was the one who was ordered to bring Atty. Zuleika to the VMMC
00:57after her feelings were hurt while she was in the detention facility of the camera.
01:01Due to the incident, Lieutenant Col. Villamor filed a complaint of direct assault, disobedience to authority,
01:07and grave coercion against Vice President Sara, Colonel Raymond Dante, Pitina La Chica, and John and Jane Doe.
01:14The complaint was dismissed by the City Prosecutor's Office of Quezon City.
01:18In the decision, Quezon City Prosecutor Vimar Barcillano said that Villamor overreacted in discharging his authority.
01:25He also did not prove that he has authority in the custody of Atty. Zuleika, the yelling and pushing of the accused.
01:32According to the evidence seen by the prosecutors,
01:35none of the complainant's witnesses corroborated the accusations he made.
