00:00What activities have you been involved in recently?

00:12You know, the lesson that I learned and that I took seriously last year was mental health.

00:22Because growing up, I've always been sensitive about it to different people.

00:28But it never really touched me.

00:30Then last year, I really took it seriously that there's really such thing as mental health awareness and all that.

00:41So what I did in the second half of last year until now is discovering yourself.

00:47So you know, you go on trips with yourself.

00:52Because I like to go on long road trips, local trips, beach trips, just to discover more about yourself.

01:02And in terms of sport, once in a while, I go golfing.

01:08He's good at golfing, in fairness.

01:11Yes.

01:12Oh, no.

01:13He's arrogant.

01:14I'm good at golfing.

01:17But besides that, like what I mentioned earlier, business ventures.

01:22That's where I really learned to earn money.

01:27Because if you're not focused on business, it's hard.

01:31But what about mental health? How did you become aware of what's going on?

01:38If there's something wrong with you.

01:40Because I was in both places.

01:48I understood what other people were saying.

01:51That it's a matter of ethics.

01:55But I got to see the different side of it.

01:57That it's not.

01:59The truth is that they're struggling with their mental health.

02:06Now I can really believe them.

02:09Because I went through that.

02:11Because usually, I mean, there are some people who are sad that they're being abused.

02:16That it's fake.

02:17But the truth is, if you really have a friend or a family member or a workmate going through it,

02:24you take care of them.

02:26So that's really true.

02:28And I think that's good awareness on my end.

02:30Right.

02:31As an extrovert, I like making new friends.

02:34I like helping others around me.

02:36It gave me awareness to check on my friends, my family members, and of course, my loved ones.

02:43If they're okay.

02:44It's just one thing.

02:45How are you? Are you okay?

02:47I think I became a better person because of that.

02:50That's amazing!

02:52And because of this, our tissue box is better.

02:57Hey, let's prepare this at home.

02:59Oh, that's true.

03:01I think I know now.

03:02It's like we have a shortage of tissues.

03:06Because of you.

03:07Because of me.

03:08Because of your family.

03:09Sorry.

03:10There are people like that.

03:12But that's right.

03:14It's true.

03:15We just think that it's for entertainment.

03:18But it's true.

03:19And pray for the person if they're going through something.

03:22Or anxiety.

03:23But the best thing about that is awareness.

03:26You know that you're in that state.

03:30And if you can't do it, seek help from experts.

03:34Or especially people you trust.

03:37Go to them.

03:38Don't just talk to anyone who can't help you.
