00:26and also here in Palawan, we will experience rainy weather today.

00:32Also here in Mindanao, we are expecting rainy weather.

00:36That is due to the effect of the easterlies or the hot air coming from the Pacific Ocean.

00:42In a part of Luzon, the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan is continuously occurring.

00:48That is why we are also expecting the possibility of light to moderate rains

00:52especially in a part of northern Luzon today.

00:57And in the next few days, the effect of the Northeast Monsoon will gradually increase.

01:02Rain will fall in the eastern sections of the Luzon area.

01:06Meanwhile, the effect of the shear line will gradually decrease.

01:10So these rains will also gradually decrease in the next few days,

01:15especially in Visayas, Mindanao, and also in the Palawan area.

01:20So we already know that there will be weather conditions today in the neighboring cities here in our country.

01:26Here in Luzon, due to the effect of the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan,

01:30it will rain or the weather will be gloomy with light to moderate rains

01:36in a part of Cagayan and also in Isabela.

01:39Meanwhile, for the rest of Luzon, we are expecting generally fair weather conditions

01:44except for the chances of light to moderate rains.

01:52As for the temperature forecast in the neighboring cities here in the Luzon area,

01:57our temperatures will cool down a bit because we are expecting the effect of the Northeast Monsoon to increase again.

02:03Outside, the average temperature will be around 22 to 28 degrees Celsius.

02:08That is also the maximum temperature in the Tuguegarao area.

02:12In Baguio, it will be 14 to 21 degrees Celsius.

02:1531 degrees Celsius is the maximum temperature for Metro Manila today.

02:1930 degrees Celsius for Legazpi.

02:21And for Aguat, the temperature in Tagaytay will be around 19 to 27 degrees Celsius.

02:28There will be weather conditions in the neighboring areas of our country,

02:33so for Palawan, Visayas, as well as the Mindanao area.

02:38Scattered rain showers or thunderstorms are possible due to the effect of the shear line and the easterly.

02:44So the whole day will be gloomy and there will be scattered rains,

02:50with moderate to at times heavy rains.

02:55For the temperature forecast in the neighboring cities here in Palawan,

02:59for Calayaan Islands, 30 degrees Celsius is the maximum temperature.

03:02We are expecting 29 degrees Celsius for Puerto Princesa.

03:08For the Visayas area, in Iloilo, the maximum temperature will be 31 degrees Celsius.

03:1430 degrees Celsius for Metro Cebu.

03:16And in Tacloban, it will be 24 to 29 degrees Celsius.

03:21And for Mindanao, the temperature will be 23 to 32 degrees Celsius for Zamboanga.

03:2830 degrees Celsius is the maximum temperature for Cagayan de Oro.

03:31And for Metro Davao, it will be 25 to 30 degrees Celsius.

03:37For the sea level, we are expecting high waves or gale warnings in the coastal areas of Northern Luzon,

03:46particularly in the coastal areas of Batanes, Baboyan Islands, mainland Cagayan, Isabela,

03:53and here in the western coasts of Northern Luzon, Ilocos Norte and Ilocos Sur.

03:58This means that we are expecting high waves up to a very high sea level.

04:02So, it is dangerous to sail, especially for our countrymen who have small sea vehicles.
