00:25Separately, an NPR report suggests Oracle could be at the center of another bid.
00:30Oracle already provides software support for TikTok and would, quote, monitor and provide
00:36oversight with what's going on, keeping China out of the data but allowing ByteDance to

00:44Oracle would lead a U.S. investor group that is said to include Microsoft.
00:49President Trump delayed a law banning TikTok by 75 days and appears adamant that the U.S.
00:54could profit from any potential sale.
