00:00Well, I think everyone from the economics profession will tell you that tariffs are

00:05bad for everyone. They're bad for the people who have the tariffs imposed on them.

00:09They're bad for the country that imposes the tariffs. And the way that you increase prosperity

00:16and investment is by trying to reduce some of those barriers. So, I'm delighted to see that

00:22it wasn't discussed yesterday, that we don't seem to be in the tariff firing line at the moment.

00:27But I think we've got to be as a country, as a global trading nation, one that articulates the

00:32case for not having tariffs. And I'm very pleased that actually when the Chancellor gave evidence to

00:39the Treasury Committee earlier this year, she also made that point. So, I think we've got to

00:44be a strong voice for free trade around the world.
