00:30In other news, in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, thousands flee from refugee

00:37camps in the city of Goma due to heavy armed clashes.

00:41Armed groups have advanced along the border with Rwanda, near the city of Goma, where

00:45some two million people live.

00:47For its part, the government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo announced a rupture

00:51of diplomatic relations with Rwanda due to its alleged support for the balance.

00:55At the same time, the United Nations Security Council brought forward an emergency meeting

01:00on the escalation of the conflict.
