00:00We're live in Cancun. I mean, this is paradise, Ramon.

00:02It's Bennett on the new 96.5 Dreams Notura Resort and Spa.

00:06And the first person who I got to see upon my arrival in Cancun

00:11was Raul from Amstar.

00:13And we took selfies with like he was like the nicest guy ever welcoming us

00:16to Cancun.

00:18And we have Ramon Schaub from, you know, Amstar,

00:20director of marketing communications.

00:22Thanks for hopping on with me. I appreciate it.

00:24Well, actually, the pleasure is mine.

00:27It's really excited to be here.

00:29And it's, you know, awesome to hear that you had a really great experience

00:34during your arrival.

00:35Yeah. Like when we got off the plane, went through customs, baggage claim,

00:38and we see Raul with the sign with a big old smile.

00:41He's cheesing like he was like, you know, being at home.

00:45You know what I mean?

00:46We had that welcoming experience.

00:47And then we were at the resort in like, what, less than 20 minutes.

00:50Like it was the easiest little trip. So it was nice.

00:54Well, that's awesome to hear, because that's that's actually what we do.

00:58Yeah. You know, we we put our best

01:00in such a way that we can deliver that, you know, same experience

01:04to all of our arriving, you know, guests or customers.

01:07So it's really great to know that you have a really good experience.

01:12All our team, you know, works for, you know, make it that when you start

01:16thinking about the volume of passengers we receive, it's also a challenge.

01:20But our team is the best in the destination.

01:23So we do our best and we, you know, we we work for that.

01:27You know, we want to provide airport transportation the.

01:31Seamless way possible.

01:33So it's really good to know that you actually experience that.

01:37And that's, you know, something that actually is the easiest part of our trip.

01:41To be honest with you, I mean, you've been doing this for 35 years now.

01:44So you got this down pat and we were traveling with kids

01:46and you have the car seats and the boosters like you're ready for

01:49whoever is traveling with you, which is so nice as parents to know

01:53that we're going to get there safely and easy as well.

01:55So, well, we actually do.

01:58As you said, no, we have different types of transportation services.

02:02So we have shared, you know, if you want to share the service with other

02:06you know, people traveling to the same destination to a hotel nearby to you.

02:12We have a private, which is your own vehicle.

02:15We will take you to your resort as soon as you get to the airport.

02:19And we have a deluxe version of the transportation, which obviously includes,

02:24let's say, higher tier vehicle together with some beverages include.

02:28And in case you're traveling with kids, right.

02:31We have the booster and baby seats that we can, you know, get prepared for you.

02:36You just need to let us know, you know, that you're traveling with kids

02:38and we will get that set up.

02:40That's so nice. Right.

02:42It's a big peace of mind as a as a parent.

02:44And not only do you do,

02:46you know, back and forth from the airport to the resort,

02:48but you do excursions as well.

02:49Yeah, we do. I mean, we have to start.

02:52We want, you know, people to get the most out of their trip vacation.

02:57Yes, the hotel, you know, it's a, you know, real important component,

03:00but we really want people to explore or experience a destination

03:04beyond the resort.

03:06So what we do is we test

03:10and we prove all the product that say experiences,

03:14tours and excursions that we offer to be sure that the experience

03:19that we are offering is safe.

03:23It's reliable.

03:25And that the tour or experience will be actually exciting,

03:29you know, for people who are making the decision to go out the resort.

03:34It's like the Amstar stamp of approval. Exactly. Yeah.

03:37We that's that's something that actually, you know, make us different.

03:41We ensure that everything that we sell has been Amstar vetted.

03:46Right, right.

03:47Plus, we also work with a third party

03:50and supplier, let's say, that help us ensure that the experience

03:54complies with everything related to safety.

03:57So that's a big deal. Yeah, it's it's comforting for people traveling

04:00and not knowing what they're going to experience.

04:02So that's huge.

04:03That's that's I mean, that's right now.

04:05I think that we as the destination experts

04:09have the responsibility to one, listen to our customers,

04:14understand, you know, why are they traveling

04:16and what they will like to do in the destination,

04:19understand, you know, what they are searching for.

04:22Right, right.

04:23And based on that, we recommend what's, let's say,

04:27more suitable for every type of traveler.

04:30So so that they can, you know, enjoy the destination in their own way

04:35based on the different, you know, type of experiences

04:38that we can recommend for them.
