00:00Here's what I'd say about Phil. You have to be prepared when you speak with him.

00:03He's going to challenge you. He's going to ask you questions.

00:06And he does it not from a challenging perspective.

00:09He just wants to know that you've thought through the decisions that you've made.

00:13And what I would tell you is there's not a decision that I've made,

00:17and I've had to go to him already in this role a few times.

00:20If I can provide him the logic, the rationale,

00:23and most importantly what it means for Nike, he's always agreed with me.

00:28And he said to me recently on one of them,

00:30he wasn't lined up with the decision that I was making.

00:33I was able to explain why, and he looked at me and goes,

00:36I can get used to that answer.
