00:00Good afternoon, it's Friday the 24th of January 2025 and here are the latest transfer headlines from across Yorkshire.

00:06Shear Charles is staying at Sheffield Wednesday until the end of the season after a fresh loan agreement was struck with Southampton.

00:12The Saints had exercised their option to recall him from his loan spell which put Sheffield United on alert.

00:17The Blades were linked with a swoop but the Northern Ireland international is staying on the blue side of the city until the end of the season.

00:24Over at Middlesbrough, the club have been strongly linked with Morgan Whittaker

00:27and reports have suggested that they have had a bid accepted for the 24-year-old winger.

00:32He's been strongly linked with a move away from Home Park, Burnley and Hull City among the clubs linked

00:37but an offer worth £6 million plus add-ons has reportedly been accepted by Plymouth.

00:43An Andrew Omid Bhamideli, a defender who very much slipped down the pecking order at Nottingham Forest,

00:48has been linked with Leeds United and Sheffield United, has sealed a move away from Forest but not to either of those clubs.

00:55He's linked up with French outfit Strasbourg who do have an option to sign him on a permanent basis at the end of his loan deal.

01:01And quite the coup in League One for Rotherham United, they've signed Louis Sibley on loan from Oxford United

01:07on a deal running until the end of the current campaign.

01:09A former England Youth international, the 23-year-old was considered among the EFL's brightest prospects when he was on the books at Derby,

01:16now has a chance to revive his reputation and get his career going again with a loan spell at Rotherham.

01:23And an exit at Hull City, Ryan Longman has sealed a permanent move to Wrexham.

01:27Ruben Sella is just rebalancing the squad at the MKM Stadium following his arrival from Reading

01:34and Longman has been allowed to drop down to the third tier of English football.

01:38And back to Sheffield Wednesday, they've been linked with a suit for Nottingham Forest's Emmanuel Dennis.

01:43Formerly of Watford, had a really good debut season in the Premier League a couple of years ago.

01:47Watford has found opportunities limited at Forest and reports have suggested that Wednesday

01:52are considering a swoop for the Nigeria capped striker.
