00:00Malacanang approved Senator Riza Ontiveros' submission of the Substitute Bill for the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Bill.

00:08According to Executive Secretary Lucas Bersabin,

00:11Ontiveros may have seen that there are provisions that are not acceptable to others, that's why he made this amendment.
