00:06check in with customs officials, and have them release you into the United States.

00:11So it's called catch and release.

00:13That is a program that also has been discontinued by the national emergency declared by President Trump.

00:19And there needs to be, you know, the perception for individuals traveling to the border now

00:25is that not only is that program gone, but you've got 10,000 troops

00:29ready and willing to make sure that individuals do not cross.
