00:16and overall intelligence. So currently the most challenging issue, the big challenge right now,

00:25is how to get the global consumer to really embrace the Chinese NEV products and also

00:33successfully integrate them into the local market. To overcome this, the enterprise needs to move

00:42beyond the pure trading mindset and fully embrace the localization. The localization includes

00:52the local content, local production, and local employment. Yeah, definitely local integration.

00:59So my personal opinion, localization is the key to globalization and localization is the key

01:07to sustainable growth. Moreover, cultivating the international talent is also very crucial

01:15as the enterprises must identify and also nurture more individuals

01:25with a global view and with a global perspective.
