09:07Oh, my husband is so much more disciplined than I thought he was going to be.

09:50because there was so much of my upbringing and I love, I, my parents just killed it.

09:58They do feel like, you know, to feel is to heal instead of being like, no, we have to
10:03be like happy.
10:04And we have to be like, you know, I allow him to go through his emotions and I just
10:08try to hold space for him.
10:09And I'm trying to learn how to do that for myself.
