00:00The request for the passport is one of the most requested services in the Polis project of Posto Italiale.
00:06It has been extended from the municipalities with less than 15,000 inhabitants also to the big cities.
00:11We came to the post office in Cilia, in Rome, to see how fast and simple it is to request one.
00:17It is enough to bring the documentation and be resident or domiciled in the municipality.
00:23The operator will ask for the necessary information to complete the request, including the dates and biometric factors.
00:30The new passport service in the post office is going very well.
00:34The delivery times are very short.
00:38In 30 days, from the request to the post office door, the passport arrives at the customer's house.
00:44I must say that the relationship of trust between the post office and the customers increases,
00:49because it is a service that we offer to the citizens and it is very appreciated.
00:53I just paid the ticket for the release of the passport.
00:57Why did you choose to do it with Posto Italiale?
01:00Because behind the house it is much more practical, instead of getting to the police station.
01:06A highly appreciated service.
01:08In the first two weeks of January, Posto Italiale, with the Polis project,
01:12has released more than 4,300 passports, more than 400 a day,
01:17also offering the possibility of delivery directly at home.
01:21The procedure is very simple.
01:23The important thing is to bring all the necessary documents and in a few minutes the request for the passport is made.
