A squirrel got trapped in a vent, causing strange noises that the homeowner initially mistook for maintenance work. After over an hour of the noise continuing, the homeowner called maintenance, who discovered the true culprit. When the maintenance guy opened the vent, the squirrel suddenly shot out, startling him, before it dashed straight out the front door.
That can happen anywhere. Once winter my parents had a mama and several baby opossums living in their heating ducts and they came up through the registers but could get out because my dad set plants on top of one or two sides. If, you tapped on the register screen they would growl at you.
Oh, I live in Florida. Can you get squirrels, possums, snake snakes, frogs if you live near the swamps, even baby alligators, wind up and stuff like that the plethora of animals goes on
