ਪਿਛਲੇ 9 ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੁਕਤਸਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਕੁੱਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੱਟਣ ਦੇ 5945 ਮਾਮਲੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਏ ।

00:09in the National Rabies Control Programme in Dhanur, Al-Afsar.

00:15How many cases have been reported in the last year?

00:20And what about the last month?

00:23In the last year, from April to December,

00:28we have reported around 845 cases of dog bites.

00:33In December alone, we have reported 603 cases.

00:38In those cases, the number of stray dogs is more,

00:44which is around 3688.

00:47And the number of adopted dogs is around 1805.

00:50In these cases, is there a month in which the dog is more likely to get bitten?

00:59There is nothing like that.

01:02It depends on the dog.

01:04In some dogs, there may be irritation in the summer.

01:07There is nothing specific like that.

01:10But apart from this,

01:12we do free vaccination in government hospitals.

01:17In all government hospitals,

01:19apart from CHC, PHC, District Hospital, and SBH,

01:25we do free vaccination.

01:28And it can be done for 24 hours.

01:30Are there more cases?

01:32There is no specific number of cases,

01:36because there are only 19 cases.

01:38There are more cases in a month.

01:41Some are more and some are less.

01:44Are there other vaccines available?

01:46There are vaccines available for CHC, District Hospital, SBH, Malhotra, Girdharwa, Badal,

01:53Shri Muktsar Sahib District Hospital, and other CHCs.

01:57All of them are available.

01:59The head of the village, Vrindavan Singh, said that
