(askanews) - Dopo essere stato confermato all'unanimità dal Senato, il Segretario di stato Marco Rubio, accompagnato dalla moglie Jeanette Dousdebes Rubio, ha giurato davanti al vicepresidente degli Stati Uniti JD Vance a Washington."La priorità del Dipartimento di Stato degli Stati Uniti saranno gli Stati Uniti - ha detto poco dopo - sarà promuovere l'interesse nazionale di questo Paese. Ci ha dato un mandato molto chiaro, il presidente Trump è stato molto chiaro. Tutto ciò che facciamo, e questo vale per il governo ma soprattutto per il Dipartimento di Stato, deve essere giustificato dalla risposta a una di queste tre domande: ci rende più forti?
