00:00In connection with the investigation of Tundaim Zanuddin and his wife, Tuhpan Naimah and her family members and her proxies.

00:12So this case involves Tundaim. We are still investigating him.

00:19We have his assets that have been declared to us.

00:24We have to ascertain how many of the 9 assets that we have received.

00:32The same goes for Tuhpan Naimah who is now facing charges in court for failing to transfer her assets.

00:38That is one of the charges.

00:40However, as with Allah Ya Hamdun Daim, because these two are interconnected, husband and wife,

00:45we are still investigating and evaluating their assets.

00:51In relation to their family members, there are data and explanations that we have obtained

01:00from cooperation with several parties from abroad.

01:03The indicators show that there are assets from abroad that we need to assess.

01:13If there is a mistake in our investigation, we will not make a request to get the money back.

01:21This is not a simple matter.

01:24It involves a foreign country, different jurisdictions, different legal frameworks.

01:31This is a challenge.

01:34When we are investigating a foreign country,

01:41especially when we want to get our assets back from a foreign country,

01:45including the procedures used by them,

01:49there are indicators showing that the money is stored in a foreign country.

01:57I do not want to state this here.

01:59This is another investigation that is still ongoing.
