Jeremy and Joe explain ask what a good defensive performance against the Chiefs looks like, and why they believe the Bills have a chance to make it happen.

00:06Almost I want to say regardless of who plays.

00:08Well, this is like anything with football especially.

00:13What does best mean?

00:14Fewest points per drive?

00:16Lowest point total overall?

00:18Both.

00:19Because last year was a lower point total, but I think it was a higher points per drive,

00:25right?

00:26But why did that happen?

00:27Because you had your fifth string linebackers in there that couldn't cover anything.

00:32And the playoff meeting before that was a different Chiefs offense.

00:36That's Tyreek Hill and that's 5,000 yard Mahomes.

00:40That's a very different look.

00:41So I might make it as much about the Chiefs offense as I would about the Bills defense.

00:46The Bills are healthier on defense this year than last year, and that's even if they were

00:50to be missing a guy or two.

00:54The previous playoff meetings were completely different Chiefs offenses.

01:03I think they do better than that.

01:04I'd want to bet on they do better than that.

01:07Have the Chiefs had a game all year where they've only had one punt?

01:12Well, nothing seems to matter when you play the Chiefs.

01:17They get eight punts and they're still going to win somehow.

01:20Of course we have to put in the context of, I hope their defensive backs and their linebackers

01:24are healthy.

01:30If Milano's not available, you don't need him because Dorian Williams is okay?

01:34I don't want to make it sound too much like that because Milano has been awesome I think

01:37in the last three, four games.

01:39But if we're comparing it, if I'm comparing it to their last playoff meeting, yes.

01:44Tyrell Bernard and Dorian Williams is far better than AJ Cline and Tyrell Dodson who

01:50was playing with an injury was what they had last year.

01:54So I think it'll be better than that.

01:56That's about as bad as you can do.

01:58It's not all the same.

02:02Sure, Dorian Williams could still get abused by Travis Kelsey beginning to end, even though

02:06it's not AJ Cline.

02:08But I just would have more confidence.

02:09I would have less confidence in Kelsey in that spot too.
