00:00This is not just 19th January, this is our Nishkasan day, which we have been celebrating since 1990 without stopping, without getting tired, and not just in Jammu.
00:12Even outside Jammu, in all the states and cities of the country, where the Kashmiri Pandit has been forced to live as a refugee,
00:24we have been celebrating this day there and there, not just in India, but outside India as well.
00:31On today's date, I can tell you that this day is being celebrated in 11 to 13 countries, which is our overseas Kashmiri Pandits.
00:43And why do we celebrate this day? Because we don't want to forget that tragedy, that genocide, because of which you were expelled from your homes,
00:54you were exiled, you were humiliated and exterminated, you were made a victim of a genocide, and on the basis of religion, you were expelled from your motherland.
01:08And this country, we are grateful to this country, because of which we were so much Indian, that we thought they should be expelled.
01:18But for 35 years, you have been saying that why don't you set up an inquiry commission, that we know who are responsible, and why shouldn't they be punished?
01:27You don't listen to us. We have been saying for so many years that we have committed genocide, this is not migration.
01:33Why are you scaring people? This is migration, this is terrorism, this is jihad, to destroy India.
01:40And the Kashmiri Pandit who used to come after him, he was expelled, and this country, the current government, why are they ignoring this?
01:50They gave it to Jagti, and you must have seen the biggest thing in this, our new generation, the second generation, our children who grew up with us in Tantu,
02:01now they are living in front of the youth in the name of Kashmir, they are moving forward in this fight with us.
02:06The reality that you have seen, the reality that you have captured on camera, this is the reality that happened with the Kashmiri Pandit in 1990,
02:17which I think not even the whole of India knows, not even the whole world knows.
02:21To show this, we need the government to be silent, the government is not finding a solution in these 36 years.
02:29The Kashmiri Pandit is not finding a solution in these 36 years.
02:31He is making progress in something else, but he is not showing the community that has migrated out of their homes for 36 years.
02:37He is not taking any reform. That is why we are coming here today, we are celebrating 19th January as Black Day.
02:4219th January is a historic day when the Kashmiri Pandit was expelled from Kashmir.
02:48Because even today we say that we Kashmiri Pandits are standing in our own country,
02:55because the policies of India, from 1990 till today, have been oppressing us.
03:00As you can see, the dead bodies that we have made here,
03:05in the same way, when we left for Kashmir,
03:08as you can understand, Nariwari, Vandi Hama, and many other absurdities,
03:14the dead bodies were laid there in the same way.
03:17But even today, the Indian government has not made any judicial decision on this.
03:22No committee has been formed.
03:23If there has been any such abuse with this community, then why has it happened?
03:27In return for that, the day has come,
03:29an experiment is being done on the Kashmiri Pandit, like a lab,
03:33to see how it can be removed from the roots.
03:37As you can see today, when a bird leaves the house in the morning,
03:40it also searches for its nest in the evening.
03:43But we Kashmiri Pandits, after being buried in our own country,
03:47even after 34 years, our nest has not been given to us by the Indian government.
