झारखंड चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स ने टेक्सटाइल इंडस्ट्री को बढ़ावा के लिए बजट को लेकर सरकार को सुझाव भेजा है.

00:20They want as much revenue as possible to be generated in Jharkhand.

00:26where 40% of the country's minerals are found in Jharkhand,

00:40In Jharkhand, 10,500 crores of annual revenue is being generated.

01:15So, there is no clearance from the forest department.

01:18So, we asked them to make a survey from the forest department

01:21and give it to the people.

01:23If a mine is being taken,

01:25and there is a problem with the forest land

01:27or any kind of local people,

01:31then it is the government's job

01:33to make it clear

01:35that whoever takes the mine,

01:37they need clearance to operate it.

01:40The day they give the clearance,

01:42the mines automatically become operative.

01:44So, if it becomes operative,

01:46the revenue generation will start from the first day.

01:49We have given a lot of suggestions.

01:52We have given suggestions on the industries

01:54and on the land bank.

01:56If you look at the whole of Jharkhand,

01:58there is no big land bank.

02:00There is no big industry.

02:02There will be a small industry,

02:042 acres, 1 acre, 3 acres, 4 acres.

02:06There cannot be a big industry.

02:08You will have to give at least 100 acres,

02:10100 acres, 200, 300 acres.

02:12So, big industries will also come here

02:14and are ready to come.

02:16Now, you see,

02:18all kinds of problems in Bangladesh are going on.

02:20There are so many textile industries in Bangladesh.

02:22And since the time of Hemant ji,

02:24the Jharkhand government

02:26has a very good textile policy.

02:28It is one of the best in India.

02:30It is India's best textile policy.

02:32If they are encouraged,

02:34if they are given land,

02:36if they are given security,

02:38if they are given electricity,

02:40water, security,

02:42then they can come from Bangladesh.

02:46if 8 to 10 textile industries

02:51then Jharkhand will develop a lot.

03:25we should keep people involved

03:29from our side

03:31so that we can give suggestions.

03:35what problem is coming,

03:37what is not coming,

03:39what is needed,

03:41what is not needed.

03:43The officers sitting there

03:46only know what is needed

03:48and what is not needed.

03:50We can tell them what is needed

03:52and what is not needed,

03:54what changes should be made

03:56and what is beneficial for the government

03:58and how employment will increase
