00:00The schedule for the Winter Carnival has been extended a bit.

00:19And there will be two more Winter Carnivals.

00:22The first one will be in Shimla from 24th December to 2nd January.

00:27And the second one will be in Dharamshala from 24th December to 2nd January.

00:36When the Winter Carnival starts, the budget is not allocated.

00:41The budget is allocated through our own resources.

00:45In addition to the Winter Carnival, we are going to change the schedule for other festivals.

00:59And definitely our state is a state of fairs, festivals, goddesses and rituals.

01:06We are going to make significant changes in this regard.

01:11And you will see that there will be a lot of changes in these festivals, fairs and carnivals.

01:16The ADV project, which is worth Rs. 2400 crores, will start from Manali.

01:24How did Manali move forward in terms of tourism?

01:27We had a meeting the other day.

01:29The Minister and all of us had a meeting.

01:35And we gave Manali the first priority.

01:38The project that we have just approved for Manali,

01:42in which we have a wellness center, Nagar Castle, hotel repairs,

01:48about 150 wayside amenities, an ice skating rink.

01:52We have made all these things.

01:54And definitely there is an ice skating rink as well as a roller skating rink.

01:58More than Rs. 150 crores, we are going to spend Rs. 250 crores in Manali.

02:05We are also going to spend some in Kullu.

02:08In addition to this, about Rs. 267 crores have been invested and inaugurated.

02:15And definitely, where Manali is known as a tourist destination,

02:20the tourists should get good facilities there.

02:23And get even better facilities.

02:25We have inaugurated it today.

02:27It is a little late, it is night.

02:29But definitely, when the program is held,
