00:44very hard jamie you've kept your sense of humor which is the most important thing i think yeah

00:49and i think that you know with the uk we're way behind on cancer outcomes and the reason is is

00:55because we're so bad at coming forward yeah get yourself checked if there's anything worrying

01:01about you this morning ignoring cancer won't beat it cancer loves being ignored it's a coward that

01:07lives in the shadows and i think that if we can shine a light on that then we can defeat the

01:12darkness if we just get ourselves checked then stage one diagnosis which is what i was very

01:19fortunate enough to be at shouldn't be a problem do get screened get checked do it

01:24because you know your life literally depends on it
