00:22In a very cold morning here in the capital of the USA, but everything is ready for the

00:28swearing-in of Donald Trump as the 47th President of this country, this cold weather may change

00:34all the plans.

00:35Usually, the tradition is the presidents who are outside, where a lot of people celebrate

00:41on the street, Pennsylvania Avenue, the president should walk from there or drive to the White

00:47House.

00:48In this case, it's going to be completely different, because it's so-called the organizer.

00:53They are scared for the health of the people being here outside.

00:58So what is going to be inside?

00:59It's going to be in the capital, a place that's called the Rotunda.

01:04That's where the small place is, a really tiny place that makes really a big mess for

01:38Today, the president that's leaving the White House, Biden, receives the president who is

01:44going to take the oath in a few hours.

01:47They have tea or coffee together, and then that's something so important to see how they

01:54Then at 12 o'clock at noon, Biden said goodbye to the White House, and in the capital, in

02:02this place, the Rotunda, Donald Trump is going to swear over the Bible, a Bible that was

02:53those people that are going to be no problem with the law if Donald Trump decides to take

02:59any kind of action.

03:07have any problem if Donald Trump decides to look for something to penalize him for what

03:15he did.
