00:00A temporary restraining order has been issued by the Supreme Court regarding the decision of Comelec to have three local aspirants.
00:19The SC first stopped the disposal of Comelec in the Petition for Substitution of one aspirant to five children.
00:26The decision was to declare nuisance to one aspirant in Palumpun, Leyte and to cancel the certificate of candidacy of another aspirant in Bukawe, Bulacan.
00:35According to Comelec Chairman George Garcia, they have not yet reprinted the balotas so there is no problem in following the new orders of the SC.
00:44The reprinting will start on Wednesday, January 22.
00:47Six million balotas will be wasted because of the previous order of the SC to return the name of one senatorial aspirant and four local aspirants.
