00:10was accompanied by Penang DAP Secretary Lim Hui Ying,

00:14who is also Deputy Finance Minister.

00:16The delegation also included other DAP leaders,

00:20elected representatives and local councillors.

00:28received mandarin oranges, red packets and Chinese calligraphy

00:32on behalf of the organisation.

00:34Lim said the Chinese calligraphy symbolised the wishes of good health,

00:39good luck and good fortune for the upcoming Spring Festival.
