He refuses to be left out of anything — so Mom and Dad let him pick out the Christmas tree

00:00Every year, Nick and I go to the Christmas tree lot and pick out a Christmas tree.

00:05Which one?

00:06We wanted it to be like a special first Christmas with the three of us, and so it just made

00:12sense that he would come and pick out our tree.

00:17Ever since we've gotten Max, he absolutely loves adventures.

00:21If we go outside, he'll start screaming through the door.

00:26He's definitely curious.

00:28I think for him, it's definitely just being able to explore.

00:41He liked a tree that was a little bit more full, so that was his top criteria.

00:55He thinks it's his tree now.

00:57I think that he thinks we got it for him.

01:05I think at the end of the day, we're just really grateful for the experience that he's

01:08given us and the happiness that he brings.

01:10So I feel like it's only right that we reciprocate and bring him along for all the holiday traditions

01:15that we love to celebrate as a family.
