Skip The Bagel—Make Our Crispy Potato Bacon, Egg, & Cheese

I only have one issue with the classic bacon egg and cheese sandwich and that’s the fact that potatoes have to come on the side. I’m a potato fanatic and it’s time they have a starring role in my favorite handheld breakfast.
