00:13after a Cabinet meeting, Ashwini Vaishnav said that

00:17the 8th Pay Commission has been approved for the Central workers and pensioners.

00:24The 8th Pay Commission will benefit 48,67,000 Central workers and 67,95,000 pensioners.

00:33The 7th Pay Commission has been in force in the country till 31 December 2025.
