00:00The first step in building a Hispano Suiza is creating the parts that make it up.
00:10On one hand, the monocoque and the car body are made of carbon fibre,
00:14and on the other hand, the rest of the parts are created in aluminium.
00:17When all the parts arrive in the atelier, the mechanics start with the pre-assembly.
00:21During this phase, we make sure that all the pieces fit correctly,
00:24adjusting and perfecting all the components by hand.
00:27Once we check that everything fits perfectly, it is disassembled again
00:31and the exterior parts are sent to be painted.
00:36Each piece is hand-painted individually.
00:38The process, technique and materials used will depend on the taste and preference of each kind.
00:47While the exterior parts are being painted,
00:49we work on the electrical installation and assembly of the powertrain system,
00:52consisting of the battery, inverters and motors.
00:55Afterwards, the team oversees the installation of the suspensions and the cooling system,
01:00which refrigerate the entire vehicle.
01:05When the painted pieces return to the atelier,
01:07the mechanics proceed to reassemble all the exterior parts.
01:10In the meantime, a team in charge of all the vehicle's fabrics
01:13come to our facilities to carry out the upholstery of the interior pieces.
01:17When these parts are finished, they are installed in the new Hispano Suiza.
01:21Lastly, all the final details that may be placed on the outside are finished
01:25and then the only thing left to do is to go for a drive and enjoy.
