00:00Now, going on holiday is one thing, but actually getting to an airport in London is another.

00:05So here is an airport guide for Londoners.

00:08For Londoners, we don't have just one main airport to get to, we have several.

00:13For those heading Long Hall, Heathrow and Gatwick are the more likely airports to fly

00:18from, although short haul flights also leave from both of these airports too.

00:24London Heathrow is the capital's largest airport and is now accessible on London's newest

00:29underground line, the Elizabeth Line.

00:32With easy connections, Heathrow is now the most accessible airport and despite minor

00:37delays frequenting on the Lizzie Line, it's still the best bet when travelling to Heathrow

00:42Airport.

00:43Gatwick is technically just outside of London, closer to Crawley than the capital, but it's

00:48very easy to get to from South London and Victoria.

00:52It's not accessible by the underground, but hopping on a train from Victoria Station or

00:56South London makes it easy enough.

01:00Although Heathrow and Gatwick are the biggest airports in London and most frequently used,

01:04there are actually three others in Greater London, one of which, the smallest, is located

01:11in the city itself and you can guess that by the name London City Airport.

01:16This airport is used for short haul flights and charter planes too.

01:20Most Londoners won't have ventured to City Airport, but if they do, it's easily accessible

01:25on the TfL network, whether it be by London Underground or DLR.
