00:24I remember one particular little episode that involved Martin.

00:38So we discovered that he didn't have the authority to do that.

00:43He only had the authority to stop you.

00:45He didn't have the authority to order you to put your vehicle into the side of the road.

00:49So at different times, I remember Martin and I were going to General Abraham,

00:53and he handed the Brit the keys, and the German walked off,

00:57and left the car in the middle of the road.
