00:00There's probably not a lot of change in the actual test itself, but I think more worrying
00:06is the people who are youngsters who get on these electric bikes, hyped up bikes to 30-40
00:12miles an hour on bikes or scooters, have no idea of the highway code, not had a moment's
00:17teaching of it. I think that's what we've got to be more careful of.
00:20I'd say you could probably even do slightly more. If you look at countries like Japan,
00:24it takes probably two years. You've got to do a test in multiple conditions. We have
00:29to do, we do all of our tests in daylight, so you have people that have passed their
00:33tests and never driven in the dark before. I'd say that we probably could do actually
00:38a little bit more.
00:41One thing I actually spoke about with my parents one time, because they brought it up, was
00:46people should not re-do driving lessons, but maybe just re-do a test. Not every few years,
00:52maybe like five, six years. Just re-do a test. Because obviously the rules of the road are
00:57But some people aren't applying that to their driving.
