झारखंड हाईकोर्ट का फैसला आते ही नगर निकाय चुनाव को लेकर सियासी बयानबाजी तेज हो गयी है.

00:49But their policy and intentions are not clear.

00:57So, now the court has to be forced to decide.

01:02So, either complete the triple test and hold the elections,

01:08But you cannot violate democratic rights.

01:11Just as the government is elected on the basis of democracy,

01:14similarly, the lower government should also be elected on the basis of democracy.

01:19So, the Rajasthan government should take the necessary steps

01:23and ensure that the elections are held as soon as possible.

01:26And the municipalities should also get a democratically elected government.

01:33I welcome this decision and the government also welcomes it.

01:38But there are some shortcomings.

01:41Every community has its own opinion.

01:44The OVC case and the PESA case,

01:47the government has to think about all these things.

01:50The government also wants the municipal elections to be held.

01:53We are eager to have the panchayat elections.

01:56The panchayat elections will also be held by our party.

01:59So, the government, Hemant Sorenji and the Congress party are all eager

02:03to have the municipal elections.

02:05And I think this is a welcome step.

02:07There will be some shortcomings.

02:08The High Court has given an order.

02:10The government is already working on it.

02:12I am confident that the municipal elections will be held in the coming days.

02:16And people will be hopeful.

02:19And the work on the municipal elections will be carried out for the benefit of the people.

03:35So, how can we bring that medium back?

03:38We had made a request for that.

03:40So that the people who are wandering here for basic facilities,

03:44they don't have to face problems anywhere.

03:48For example, I will tell you that in the month of November,

03:51the maintenance work of electricity has not been done.

04:01All the people of the municipal elections are living in darkness.

04:09Will the government be able to fulfill its function?

04:12I want to ask the government.

04:14There are offices of big municipalities.

04:17So, if we have to go there to get the death certificate, holding or water connection,

04:21the common people don't know whom to tell.

04:25So, we saw all these problems.

04:27And that's why we made this request.

04:30I would like to thank the High Court from the bottom of my heart.

04:35They have made a very good decision.

04:37And looking at the benefit of the people,

04:40they have decided to hold the elections as soon as possible.

04:45The government has got this order.

04:47And I think that the government should hold the elections because of the High Court.

04:53And the people who live in the city,

04:58they will get their basic facilities and rights.
