00:09our geopolitical security environment is growing more and more complex and challenging.
00:15And in this regard, the Minister and I acknowledge, therefore, that our countries, we face similar
00:20challenges and we also reaffirmed our effort to pursue regional peace and stability.
00:28So therefore, we reaffirmed our country's commitment to international law and the rule
00:34of law, a rules-based order, especially in the South China Sea and East China Sea.
00:39And we expressed also concern over unilateral actions that aim to undermine the rule of
00:45law in the East and South China Sea.
