00:19told Berita Harian that the AGC would proceed with the application unless directed otherwise.
00:25On Monday, Shamsul said the government had applied to the High Court for the order
00:29and asked that it remain in force pending the outcome of the hearing.
00:33Shamsul said the government applied for the gag order as the hearing touched on sensitive issues involving the royalty.
00:39Yesterday, government spokesman Fahmy Fazil said the Cabinet had never directed the AGC to file the application.
