00:04And according to President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr.,

00:07this service will be increased even if there is no subsidy from the government.

00:12Here is the President's statement.

00:16This is my guarantee.

00:18My guarantee is very simple.

00:20Even if there is a subsidy, even if there is no subsidy,

00:23even if there is a contribution, all of these issues,

00:26PhilHealth's service will not decrease.

00:31PhilHealth's payment to insurance claims will not decrease.

00:37In fact, we will increase the services that PhilHealth will provide.

00:43We will increase the payment to insurance claims.

00:49So, I would like to just assure everybody,

00:52do not worry that the services will decrease.

00:55For anyone, for seniors, for the poor, for the middle class,

01:00nothing will decrease, not even a cent.

01:04Quite the opposite.

01:06We will increase that in 2025.

01:09The services that PhilHealth will provide will increase.

01:14The payment that will be given to insurance claims will increase.

01:19So, do not worry.

01:21Nothing will decrease in the services of PhilHealth.

01:25We are improving the services of PhilHealth

01:28so that more will be given to the people of the country.
