00:20According to DOST Secretary Renato Solidum Jr., the VIP is not included in the 2025 budget of the Department of Public Works and Highways,
00:29the government is calling for the construction of a fund so that the project will not be suspended and the destruction of the VIP Administration Building will be avoided.
00:38The President emphasized the importance of being ready for another global pandemic.
00:43That is why he assured that the government will do its best to find a budget.
00:49Solidum also stated that the VIP is not only for the well-being of people, but also for animals and plants.
00:57He also told the President that the VIP will require Php 680 million for the plan of making vaccines for people, animals and plants.
