00:03That's what President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ordered

00:06to Health Secretary Ted Herbosa

00:08after the President called for help

00:11to review the Department of Health's fund.

00:13In the Philippine Radio,

00:15Secretary Herbosa said

00:17that PhilHealth's members should not worry

00:20even if the Congress did not give the fund.

00:23The Secret Service explained that PhilHealth will not lose

00:26because it has a sovereign guarantee.

00:28Aside from this, there is also a subsidy

00:30from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office and PAG-COR,

00:33a two-year reserve fund to pay for doctors and hospitals.

00:37If Secretary Herbosa agrees,

00:39they will increase the benefit of PhilHealth

00:42along with the expansion of its service.

00:45That's the first message from the President to me.

00:49Continue the service of PhilHealth.

00:51It will not be lost because it has a sovereign guarantee.
