00:12This is effective in the Naia Expressway starting today
00:15and on January 20 in Skyway Stage 3.
00:18According to its operator, San Miguel Corporation Infrastructure,
00:21the adjusted speed limit is far from being able to speed up the travel of motorists
00:25while they are striving for their safety.
