00:00A traffic enforcer was arrested while controlling traffic in Santa Maria, Bulacan after he was caught by the CCTV.

00:08The SUV suddenly rolled over and the enforcer, Salvador de la Cruz Jr., who was at the intersection, jumped.

00:14The enforcer jumped with great force. He was taken to the hospital.

00:20In the first investigation of the Santa Maria Traffic Management Office, the driver was arrested from a trip from Manila.

00:27The arrested SUV driver was charged with reckless imprudence resulting in serious physical injuries.

00:35He refused to give a statement.
