00:00The Department of Agrarian Reform or DAR has distributed more than 194,000 land titles

00:06covering over 229,000 hectares to 18,290 agrarian reform beneficiaries since President Ferdinand R.

00:14Marcos Jr. took office. Based on Philippine News Agency's report, DAR Secretary Conrado Israel III

00:20highlighted the significant rise in land distribution as part of efforts to combat

00:25rural poverty and hunger while boosting agricultural productivity. In 2024 alone,

00:31DAR set a new record with a 4,180 percent increase distributing over 102,000 titles

00:38across more than 120,000 hectares. The distribution includes both electronic

00:42titles and traditional land ownership certificates.
