00:00The Makabayan Bloc was not surprised to see the strength of the Iglesia Ni Cristo in its peace rally yesterday.

00:10But they did not see the effect of the impeachment complaints filed against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:16The Makabayan Bloc endorsed the second of the three complaints.

00:21Even if you say it's 1.5 million, it's not the totality of the Filipino people asking for justice for what happened.

00:36In our conversations with our colleagues here in Congress, they don't care.

00:43On the top of their mind is still the impeachment.

00:47The impeachment complaints filed in December are still pending in the Office of the Secretary General of the Camera.

00:56Currently, the Office of the Secretary General is waiting to file the fourth impeachment complaint against VP Sara.

01:04The target of the congressmen behind this is to get an endorsement that will not be lower than 103 congressmen or one-third of all members of the camera.

01:15But House Secretary General Reginald Velasco said that after two rallies by the INC, it seems that some of the laws are being violated.

01:24It's wait and see, especially with the rally of the Iglesia Ni Cristo. I think that will be taken into account by the House members concerned.

01:36Wait and see what, sir? What do you mean wait and see what?

01:41Wait and see whether they will really file another complaint or not.

01:47Then I'll be forced to transmit these three complaints to the Office of the Speaker.

01:54I think next week will be a fair time for them to decide.

02:11Earlier, President Bongbong Marcos said in November that he is not in favor of filing an impeachment complaint against VP Sara because it will only tie the House and Senate.
