00:00My name is Motej Shaghdeel, father of three superheroes and CEO of Bespin Global in Middle

00:16Eastern Africa.

00:17Bespin Global specializes in technical services concentrated on cloud and AI, so we support

00:24our clients in adopting those top-edge technologies through professional services, managed services

00:31and consulting.

00:32We're certified by all of the hyperscalers as the top MSP providers in the Middle East.

00:40Bespin Global believes that cloud and AI will be a massive opportunity for this region,

00:46and with that we were the pioneers to provide those technical services within this region.

00:51So we believed in the region, we believed in the people of the region, and we trained

00:55them, retained them and educated them on how to provide those services to our clients,

01:01and we've been working with clients all across the region.

01:05So I started my own company, Falcon 9, in 2015.

01:09In 2019, we merged with Bespin Global, a South Korean company.

01:15Soon we signed a strategic agreement with ADEO, Abu Dhabi Investment Office, where we

01:20moved our headquarters to Abu Dhabi.

01:22And in 2022, we secured an investment from E& Enterprise, part of E& Group, and we joined

01:29that big family.

01:30So a lot of achievements, we've been working with our clients on growing their cloud footprint

01:36and AI.

01:37AI today is top.

01:39So we supported our retailers and a lot of our clients during COVID.

01:44We're supporting now clients in their AI journey, understanding what is it for them, are they

01:50secured, is their data available, and also how do they take innovation to the next level.

01:56So this city, this country, this region has a very special place in my heart, and I believe

02:02in this region being at the forefront in the future.

02:06We're blessed to be in a country where innovation is supported, is available, the whole ecosystem

02:14is there.

02:15Bright talents coming out of universities, companies wanting to transform, governments

02:22putting digital transformation at the top of their agenda.

02:26So we're in the best place, the best time, with the best people.

02:28There is a massive ecosystem within the Middle East today supporting the startups and the

02:33entrepreneurs.

02:34So don't do it alone.

02:36Don't rush into the product development.

02:38First, do your market research well, because you cannot take the bias of a US or a European

02:44product and think it will apply to the region.

02:47So first of all, do your studies.

02:49Number two, build relationships.

02:52You need to connect.

02:53You need to talk to people.

02:54Last but not least, which is the most important one, create your niche.

02:58Without a niche, it would be hard to crack and grow the market.
