00:00When I'm short on time, anything related to say some sort of a cardio exercise, so be
00:13it for me, it's just throwing some punches in the air, it's like, it's called airboxing.
00:19That's something that I do. I also use my bands a lot before any shot, just to kind
00:25of get my back and my shoulders a little stronger. So I use these resistant bands.
00:36Absolutely, I think any form of help is always good, especially from somebody who is, you
00:42know, kind of educated in that field. So I think you could do it yourself as well. If
00:49you can, you know, read research papers that are easily available on the internet or follow
00:54the right kind of people. But when you seek professional help, it only helps, but take
00:58the right kind of help. Don't just blindly follow anyone.
01:06How do I stay motivated? I just see pictures when I am looking fit and I'm like, okay,
01:13if I don't go work out, I won't look like this anymore. No, that was on a lighter note.
01:18I think the motivation stems from the fact that now it's a part of my lifestyle. The
01:23feeling that I get when I feel light and I feel active. I think nothing can compare to
01:30that. And you know, I have my cheat day. So I allow myself, if I'm feeling lazy, I don't
01:34work out that day. But then the next day, I'm like, okay, now let's get back.
01:39The one fitness rule I swear by? Don't give up. Show up.
01:56My favourite cheat meal? I think it's my mother's banana bread. There are a lot of days when
02:05I'm feeling a little like, whatever, blah, or maybe I'm feeling down or something like
02:11that. So I'll just be like, mama, make banana bread. And she quickly whips it up for me.
02:16And I love it. So that's my cheat meal.
02:24I don't know about the best fitness routine because I haven't seen it. But I don't think
02:30anyone can beat Mr. Hrithik Roshan.
02:35I just want to tell you, if there was an Olympics for cheat meal, I would win. I would win gold,
02:42silver, and bronze. Kuch bhi ho khana. I would win. But specifically, if I got to choose
02:50a cheat meal, I think it would be French fries.
02:58At the gym? I think, you know, nahin-nahin airports aaye the, which you can't see sometimes
03:04if your hair is down and stuff. So I believe there was a gentleman who kind of had a full
03:09conversation with me and I didn't even realise it because I had my airpods on and I was listening
03:14to music and I used to put on that noise cancelling effect on. And then I think after two minutes
03:20I looked up, two, three minutes I looked up and I apologised and I said, I'm so sorry,
03:24I didn't realise you were speaking to me. So it was kind of funny. We laughed about it.
03:28I think social media in general, irrespective of what profession you come from, has kind
03:37of, I wouldn't use the word pressure, but there is this kind of idea of how one wants
03:44their social media to look. But I don't think that's only got to do with actors or content
03:50creators. I think it's everyone feels this pressure before they're posting something
03:55on social media.
03:59A fitness trend? I don't know if it's a trend, but I feel people think it's a very overnight
04:07thing. It's not like that at all. Please don't believe it. It takes months and years of dedication
04:14and also you need to accept it as a part of your lifestyle. I think these crash diets
04:19and crash workouts might help you momentarily, but they won't take you anywhere in the long run.
04:29We were talking about the same thing, that I don't think I really believe in them. For
04:34me, when I started my relation with my fitness journey, I was obviously on the other side
04:41of fitness, if I can say so. So for me, it was never about changing something in a day
04:48and so on. I took quite a few months and years to kind of get anywhere. And I think that
04:54realisation stayed with me for life. So I do not believe in crash diets and crash fixes.
05:00However, I do feel that I just came back from New Year's holiday. So right now I was pretty
05:06bad over there. So right now I am a little more strict with myself and then I'll kind
05:12of balance it out after a bit. So I feel like that much of fixing is okay in your diet.
