00:07According to the Presidential Communications Office,

00:11the two officials will meet at 9.30 p.m. via a phone call.

00:19November 2023 will be remembered by the President and U.S. Vice President Harris

00:25at the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation, or APEC, conference.

00:30They discussed the issues in the West Philippine Sea

00:34and the movements of the Philippines to maintain peace in the region.

00:39On November 2022, Vice President Harris visited the Philippines

00:44and gave a courtesy call to President Marcos, Jr. in Malacanang,

00:47where Harris acknowledged the strong and lasting relationship between the Philippines and the United States,

00:54especially in cooperation, security, and economy.
