00:20will be strictly guarded by the Lucena City Police, but also by smugglers.
00:26This is what Lucena City Chief of Police Lt. Col. Dennis Negusman assured
00:30at the start of the border control checkpoints of Comelec during the election period.
00:36We will check all vehicles or all motorists
00:40if they have firearms and all other contraband against the law.
00:50Although the checkpoints are partially allowed for motorists,
00:53PNP clarified that this is in accordance with the law to ensure the safety of the public.
00:59The Pambansang Police also assured that they have smugglers
01:03in Comelec to ensure that the rights of motorists will not be violated.
